At Greenvale Products we offer weekday delivery throughout the North West region and parts of Yorkshire.
Delivery timescales are dependent on how busy we are, with 3-5 days the standard service we offer. During busy periods delivery may be extended to 5-7 days and this will be made clear at checkout, prior to us taking payment. When checking out you’ll be asked to specify a preferred delivery date that we will do our utmost to accommodate, but where this is not possible we will contact you to arrange an alternative date.

Our lorries are equipped with cranes and that allow us to deliver products right where they’re needed, in some cases lifting bulk bags over walls and fences where it’s safe to do so.
However, we’re only able to guarantee kerb-side delivery and while we try to accommodate our customers’ requests, whether a vehicle leaves the hard-standing to make a delivery is dependent on the circumstances and conditions being appropriate. Our drivers have many years’ experience operating HIAB-equipped lorries and we hope therefore that customers understand that the positioning of items by the delivery driver must be strictly at their discretion.
Delivery terms and conditions
Our vehicles require a firm and level surface to safely unload, and customers must ensure that the delivery vehicle has safe access to the preferred unloading point. If you have any doubt that these conditions can be met, it’s important that you discuss this with our team prior to placing your order. We always endeavour to satisfy requests regarding delivery but we will not risk the safety of our staff, customers or any third party, and nor will we risk material damage to our vehicles or any property belonging to yourself or a third-party. It is your responsibility to ensure we will be able to to safely unload our vehicles and by placing an order it is understood that you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.
Greenvale Products Ltd cannot accept liability for damage that may arise during delivery, nor liability for any adverse consequences following the unloading of items by our delivery driver.
We are able to deliver without the customer or representative present but in these circumstances cannot accept liability for theft or any damage that may take place following delivery.
We cannot accept liability for failure to deliver items where this has been caused by circumstances beyond our control. Where delivery is refused by the customer or cannot be completed successfully, the customer is responsible for any delivering costs, including the cost of their return to our premises in Burnley, Lancashire.
